Bookings

  • If interested in booking Button Factory or Crowbar Terrace for a show, party or corporate event, please contact earlybookings@buttonfactory.ie

Ticket Refunds and Queries

  • We do not manage refunds or queries, should you require a refund you will need to contact the ticket vendor or point of purchase directly, i.e. Ticketmaster, Dice etc. 

  • Tickets are general admission only and our venue is standing. We have 50 unreserved seats in our upstairs balcony area, plus a bar. 

Accessibility 

  • Button Factory strives to promote equality of opportunity for people with disabilities and to take the necessary steps to meet their requirements. If you would like to enquire about accessible facilities or have any questions regarding venue accessibility, please contact us at info@buttonfactory.ie outlining your name & show in the subject.

    If you have contacted us about accessibility assistance we will respond to your email promptly. If you would like us to contact you via phone call for accessibility reasons only please state in email along with a contact number.

Underage/Minors  

  • All events within the Button Factory are strictly over 18s, unless explicitly stated otherwise. 

  • Minors accompanied with an adult will not be permitted access. These measures are in place for the safety and comfort of all attendees and must be adhered to. If you are not the correct age to attend an event you will be turned away and no refund will be issued, so please check before purchasing your ticket. Proof of age is required at entry, and it has to be a valid physical (not photo) form of ID with a pass hologram. 

Stage Times 

  • If and when we receive stage times we will share them on social media. Please note these are subject to change.

  • Please arrive early to avoid disappointment.


Cloakroom
 

  • Our cloakroom operates from 7pm on show days and can accommodate bags and coats. Large suitcases are not permitted. Cash and card payments accepted. 

  • Please note we are not responsible for any items in the cloakroom.

Lost and Found 

  • The most effective way to retrieve lost belongings is to ask a member of staff at CrowBar who will be able to check for you lost and found immediately. Lost and Found is open from 4pm, 7 days a week. 

The show is sold out, can I get a ticket?

  • Unfortunately this does mean that all tickets are gone. We'd recommend keeping an eye on the event, as occasionally a few become available nearer the time and there may also be a waitlist that you can sign up to. Sold out shows do not have tickets on the door. To make sure you're the first to hear about upcoming events, sign up to our newsletter and follow Button Factory on Instagram. 

Can I buy a ticket on the door?

  • If tickets remain on the day of the show, they will be available to purchase online and at the door. We recommend checking in advance to avoid disappointment.
