mischa and the bear

mischa and the bear are a Dublin-based alt-pop duo blending dark electronic pop, industrial textures and distorted synths with stark, distinctive vocals. Driven and mechanical, their music combines ethereal textures with high-impact energy. Formed in 2025, the duo released their debut EP Even Unto the Next World before being named a RTÉ 2FM Rising Artist for 2026. Their music video for Forever Ago was selected for the 2026 Berlin Music Video Awards Silver Selection. Their second EP, True Colours, pushes further into the project’s darker, more expansive sound. Following festival appearances at Forbidden Fruit, Beyond the Pale, Electric Picnic,  and support for Kiesza and Cabaret Voltaire, 2026 sees mischa and the bear take their live show to Other Voices, and a four-date Irish tour supporting Adult DVD, before heading to The Netherland’s Eurosonic in January 2027.

Mount Pyrus

Mount Pyrus is a Dublin-based retro-pop and indie-jazz band founded by musicians Finn Smyth (production and keys) and Mabel Thew (vocals and guitar), performing live as a five-piece group that blends psychedelic soundscapes, warm keys, and smooth basslines. Over the past 6 months the band have performed at renowned music festivals such as Forbidden Fruit, All Together Now and Electric Picnic and were one of fifty acts chosen to perform at this year's Ireland Music Week.

barrelling

barrelling is an experimental, drums-driven music project from Dublin, Ireland, created by musician and street performer Jason McNamara. Launched in late 2024, the project shifts between solo sets and group performances, releasing a prolific number of independent albums and singles on Bandcamp. Combines live drums with electronics, spanning improvised plunderphonic techno, drone dance, cosmic cassette loops, live radio sampling, glitchy hip-hop instrumentals, Brazilian rhythms, breakbeats, and punk-jazz.
