THE SHOW MUST GO ON!
Following the unexpected cancellation of Aleks Syntek's UK and European performances, international rock band THE FALLING DOVES have made a commitment to their fans, promoters, and the venues that welcomed them: the music will continue.
Originally scheduled to tour alongside Mexican music icon Aleks Syntek, The Falling Doves were determined not to let the cancellation bring the entire tour to a halt.
Rather than walk away, the band decided to honour their commitments, return to Ireland, and deliver the rock 'n' roll show audiences were promised.
For frontman Christopher Leyva and bassist/vocalist Kaitlynn Harold, this Dublin performance is about more than another date on the calendar. It's about showing up, supporting the people who believe in live music, and proving that even when plans change, the show can still go on.
"We made a commitment to come to Ireland, and we intend to keep it. So many people have worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to make these concerts happen. Walking away was never the answer. We want to show up, play our hearts out, and thank everyone who stood behind us."
— Christopher Leyva, The Falling Doves
THE FALLING DOVES LIVE!
Blending the unmistakable influence of British rock with the swagger of Hollywood's Sunset Strip, The Falling Doves deliver a powerful combination of soaring melodies, explosive guitars, and classic rock 'n' roll attitude.
Having shared stages with Cheap Trick, Echo & The Bunnymen, Collective Soul, Gilby Clarke of Guns N' Roses, and original Beatles drummer Pete Best, the internationally touring band brings years of experience and an undeniable passion for live performance to Dublin.
MUSIC WITH A PURPOSE
The Falling Doves are also using this tour to raise awareness for Music Support UK, a charity dedicated to helping people throughout the music industry facing mental health challenges, addiction, and personal difficulties.
With the continued support of Kibou Events & Entertainment and Black Cherry Music Group, the band is turning an unexpected setback into an opportunity to celebrate resilience, friendship, and the power of music.
