Trad is Amach is a vibrant community of LGBTQ+ traditional Irish musicians, singers, dancers, and allies, that organises events such as music sessions, céilithe, and concerts to foster an inclusive environment and celebrate LGBTQ+ artists in Irish traditional music and dance. Its mission is to promote visibility and inclusivity within the traditional music scene, with The Pride Géilí an integral part of the Dublin Pride festival’s annual celebrations. The Trad is Amach céilí caller walks audiences through the dances, and that’s where the craic begins.
