Baco Exú Do Blues

  • Button Factory Curved Street Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland (map)

Brazilian rapper, singer and songwriter Baco Exu do Blues returns to the Button Factory this summer following a fantastic sold out show last year.

Baco began gaining popularity after the release of the track Sulicídio, composed in 2016 with rapper Diomedes Chinaski. Since then he has released four studio albums Esú (2017), Bluesman (2018), Não Tem Bacanal na Quarentena (2020) and QVVJFA [How Many Times Have You Been Loved?] (2022).

Among Baco's main characteristics are his strong metaphors with raw and poetic lyrics that talk about love, sex, power, religion and society. For the first time in Europe, Baco brings his latest album "QVVJFA", which includes participations by Gal Costa, Vinícius de Moraes (in Samples), Gloria Groove and Muse Maya, but also themes from previous works, promising to give the public a memorable show.
