Blazing a trail for hip-hop in their hometown of Dublin, Ireland, Hare Squead (a duo comprised of Lilo Blues and Tony Konstone) have developed a loyal fanbase on both sides of the Atlantic with their eccentric and melodic sound.
Praised by the likes of Pitchfork, Noisey, FADER, The Guardian, XXL and many others, Hare Squead found the ears of Goldlink in 2017, when he included a remix of their song "Herside Story" on his At What Cost album, generating over 80 million streams. In 2017, the group released two acclaimed singles "Flowers" and "Pure," which earned more than 6 million combined streams on Spotify alone.
With a monthly listenership of over 1 million fans and prominent placement on Spotify playlists like the influential POLLEN. NEW MUSIC FRIDAY US and WHO WE BE, Hare Squead continue to grow their following with innovative and infectious songs.
Following the success of their recent EP βSuperweirdβ, Hare Squead are heading out to thrill fans with their energetic live show. Hare Squead are also back in the studio working on their next project, which is sure to deliver more of the catchy anthems for which they are known.
The Button Factory is dedicated to ensuring compliance of all government guidelines during COVID-19 and to ensure the health & safety of all guests, artists and staff.
A COVID compliance officer will be on site at all times. All staff will wear masks, as well as a one way system in place for guests entering the venue and for access to the bathrooms.
All tables and surfaces will be wiped down and sterilised before and after each show.
Contact details for each person/group will be taken at the door, for contact tracing purposes and temperature checks will be carried out with each customer upon arrival.
